What types of commercial properties can you list?
We list industrial, warehouse, office, retail, flex space, mixed-use, land, multi-family, and special purpose properties. If it's a commercial property for lease, we can list it.
Where will my property be listed?
Every listing goes on the local MLS and Crexi, the two most important platforms for commercial real estate exposure. MLS feeds to hundreds of broker and listing sites, and Crexi is where commercial tenants and investors search directly.
How long does it take to get my listing live?
We typically have your listing live within 1 business day of receiving your completed intake form and property photos.
Is there a commission or any hidden fees?
No. You pay $499 up front and that's it. No percentage-based commission, no backend fees. The only additional costs are optional add-ons you choose yourself.
What happens after 6 months?
If your property hasn't leased yet, you can renew for another 6 months for $250. No pressure — it's totally optional.
Do I need to offer a tenant broker commission?
It's up to you. Offering a co-op commission can attract more tenant brokers to show your property, but it's not required. You set the terms.
