Hello, my name is Forrest Holden. I am 5th generation Floridian and I come from a family of Florida real estate agents, over 100 years on both sides of my family, I guess you can say that it is in my blood. Our family opened Lasbury Tracy Realty in 1951 and I am proud to be a member of the team.
I have a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of South Florida and many years of customer service experience as well as home remodeling and construction background. My experience, education, and local insight provide me a unique understanding of real estate that others may not have.
On the day to day basis, I strive to exceed my client’s expectations with my local knowledge of the homes and water that beautiful Englewood has to offer.
Forrest passed away in February of 2021 but will remain part of our real estate family forever.
